Sound Operator:
In this role you must be a perfectionist, a planner, extremely attentive to detail, always have back-ups of everything, did we mention you must be a planner (oh, and plan for the worst). Beyond the basic skill sets we expect this positions to possess, to be a sound operator you must have an understanding of every role in the production process. You must have a vast knowledge of how one camera handles over another, understand the directors vision of shot in order to correctly coordinate the audio perfectly.
This is a big role with high expectations, responsibilities.
